Return Policy

Items purchased from Knifetrek may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date found on your packing list. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging. Please be aware that item packaging must be in new condition as well.  Items in clam packs can not be returned once opened. Used items cannot be returned. Please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back to Knifetrek. Returns without a valid RMA number will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions. In order to get an RMA please contact David at 1-800-316-9710.  If the item that you purchased is defective Knifetrek will refund the total amount of your purchase.  We will not refund shipping charges on orders that are not defective.

Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours after payment is received.  If an item is on backorder you will be notified via email within 48 hours.  If you need your item shipped next day or 2^nd day air please contact us by phone or email for pricing and availability.

All orders containing oversized items (any item over 18" long) will be charged an additional $10 at the time of shipment.

All international shipments will be sent USPS Global Priority at the customer's expense.  Contact us for shipping rates.

Privacy Policy

Knifetrek.com has very high standards when your privacy is at stake.  We will under no circumstances sell or distribute your personal information including names, addresses, email or telephone numbers, etc. Your privacy is guaranteed. 

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled by phone at any time prior to shipping.  ORDER CANCELLATION REQEUSTS WILL NOT BE ACCECPTED VIA EMAIL. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. 

Order Processing Policy

We are committed to getting your merchandise in your hands as soon as possible.  It may require 7-10 business days for your order to arrive at your door.  If at any time you would like to check the status of your order please do not hesitate to give us a call.  We will be happy to assist you in any way we can. 

Ordering Requirements

You must be at least 18 to order any product from us. Some items listed on this website may be illegal in your area for possession by those under 21. It is your responsibility to check all local laws concerning the ownership, use and possession of any item on this website. By placing an order, you agree that you are of legal age, that you have read our terms & conditions, and that you take full responsibility for obeying all federal, state and local laws, restrictions, and regulations.
